Basilisk Viper Tooth Dragon

I've been wanting a slow paced noodle project to twiddle away at. Using my IPad Pro, Zbrush, and a recent fixation on birds, I've been making a dragon.
This concept by Alexander Ostrowski ,
Which he post's on Instagram without a name, reading the comments people noted that is looks like a Basilisk Lizard, and one of the hashtags was Viper tooth, a small speedy type of dragon. So we're combo'ing the name "Basilisk Viper tooth Dragon".

I want to expand on this concept using small birds and bats as my body reference. Putting focus on anatomy that works, and creating a scale that feels small.
